We do offer nationwide exchanges: Your item must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged. You must return the item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Please email yaf@yafsparkle.com for returns. We offer this service so we can guarantee your absolute satisfaction. Should you not be happy with your purchase, please let us know how we can do better! 

The piece will be exchanged for another one or for store credit. However, the customer will assume the cost of shipping both for nationwide and international purchases. Please understand that we can not pay for worldwide shipping fees. Articles are accepted for store credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition, accompanied by a sales receipt. 

Sales items: All sales items are considered final sale.

Items made-to-order are for exchange only.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
